Desulfurization Grade Magnesium Oxide Powder

Magnesium oxide is an oxide of magnesium and an ionic compound. It is a white solid at room temperature. It occurs naturally as periclase and serves as raw material for magnesium smelting. Fine white powder, odourless. Depending on preparation methods, it is split into light magnesium oxide and heavy magnesium oxide.

Light magnesium oxide is a chemically synthesized product with high purity, white colour and loose volume; it is white amorphous powder.

Heavy magnesium oxide is ore calcined product, mostly beige yellow.

Based on sintering temperature, heavy magnesium oxide is further divided into light burned magnesium oxide powder and heavy burned magnesium oxide powder. Heavy burned powder is mainly used for high temperature resistant materials. Light burned powder includes desulphurization powder and building material powder.

By content, magnesium oxide grades: 65 powder, 70 powder, 75 powder, 80 powder, 85 powder, 90 powder.

By application: industrial grade magnesium oxide, food grade magnesium oxide, etc.
