Standard Grade Sodium sulfate

Sodium sulphate generally has two forms. One is anhydrous sodium sulphate, also known as Glauber's salt anhydrous, chemical formula Na₂SO₄. The other is decahydrate sodium sulphate, containing ten water molecules per sodium sulphate molecule, chemical formula Na₂SO₄·10H₂O.

Anhydrous Glauber's salt is odourless, bitter tasting white crystal or powder, soluble in water. It has strong hygroscopicity and readily absorbs moisture from air to deliquesce and deteriorate. Sealed storage is required before and after use.

Hydrous Glauber's salt is colourless transparent or off white translucent irregular mass, odourless, salty tasting, brittle and fragile, soluble in water.

Packaging Specification: 50kg/bag woven bag. Contact manufacturer for custom packaging upon customer request.

Notes: Glauber's salt easily absorbs moisture and deliquesces. Must keep well sealed before and after application.
